Talking Book and Braille Library
The Talking Book and Braille Library, a division of the State Library of Oregon, provides free library materials and services to Oregonians who have difficulty with traditional print books, including visual, physical, and reading impairments. This fantastic program offers audio books, magazines, and descriptive videos either through free mail delivery or via download.
